I've had this book for many years and have always been too lazy to apply alot of the principles beyond the dairy suggestions.
All that soaking....groan
Crispy almonds and yoghurt...mmmmm
Chia, amaranth and mung beans
But after several years of a specific health challenge, and some visits to some health professionals (I'll go into that in another post).
I'm definitely becoming less lazy.

I LOVE that you are soaking beans, almonds, making yogurt, etc. We have shifted our eating plan patterns at the home of Lala & Gleen as well....and know our bodies and environment will thank us for many years to come. Cheers to you and your family for making it work! :)
